Research Use Disclaimer
1. Research Use Only
Every product supplied by BME Health is intended and sold strictly as a research compound for laboratory and research use only, and is labelled “For Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption.” Products are not foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or drugs, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, application, or use of any kind, including ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical use.
2. No Regulatory Approval
BME Health products have not been evaluated or approved by Health Canada, the United States Food and Drug Administration, or any other regulatory authority for safety, efficacy, or quality, and are not authorized for sale as health products. Research-use labelling does not make a product approved, and it does not exempt any product from applicable regulatory requirements. BME Health makes no representation that any product is approved, registered, or otherwise authorized for any particular use in any jurisdiction.

4. Purchaser Eligibility and Responsibility
By placing an order, the purchaser represents that they are acquiring products solely for lawful research or laboratory purposes, that they are qualified to handle research compounds safely, and that they are of legal age in their jurisdiction. The purchaser is solely responsible for handling, storing, using, and disposing of products safely and in accordance with good laboratory practice, and for ensuring that the purchase, import, possession, and use of any product complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including obligations that apply to them as an importer at the time of import.
5. Assumption of Risk and Limitation
Research compounds may be hazardous and must be handled only by qualified persons using appropriate safeguards. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BME Health disclaims liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the misuse of any product, including any use that is inconsistent with its research-use-only designation. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
