2. Eligibility and Research Use
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only, and are not for human or veterinary consumption. By ordering, you represent that you are of legal age and are purchasing for lawful research purposes, and you accept the responsibilities set out in the Research Use Disclaimer.
3. Products and Descriptions
We aim to describe products, specifications, and availability accurately. Product information, including purity and certificate-of-analysis details, describes composition and documentation only, and is not a representation about safety, suitability, or fitness for any purpose. We may correct errors and update or discontinue products at any time.
4. Pricing and Currency
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate; if a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.
5. Orders and Payment
Placing an order creates an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is made by manual Interac e-Transfer following the instructions provided with your order. An order is confirmed once payment is received. We do not process card payments on this site.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Where applicable consumer-protection law provides delivery timeframes and remedies, those rights apply.
7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy and by applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under law.
